Removal
Left side cover
Identify the left side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the captive screw that secures the left side cover latch to the chassis.
Pull on the left side cover latch to release the left side cover from the chassis.
Remove and lift the left side cover from the chassis.
Front Cover
Position the system as shown.
Identify the front cover highlighted in blue.
Gently pry and release the front cover tabs from the top, working right sequentially to the left tab.
Swing the front cover outward from the chassis and remove the cover.
Position the system as shown.
Power Button
Identify the power button highlighted in blue.
Disconnect the power button cable from the system board.
Remove the screw that secures the power button bracket to the chassis.
Remove the power button and its bracket from the slot on the chassis.
Press the release tabs on the sides of power button to release it from the power button bracket.
Remove the power button along with its cable from the slot on the power button bracket.
Install
Power Button
Identify the power button location highlighted in blue.
Press down on the securing tabs to push the power button into the slot on the power button bracket.
Install the power button and its bracket into the slot in the chassis and align the screw hole on the chassis.
Install the screw that secures the power button bracket to the chassis.
Connect the power button cable to the system board.
Front Cover
Position the system as shown.
Identify the front cover location highlighted in blue.
Insert the bottom side front cover tabs into the corresponding slots on the chassis.
Push the top side of the front cover towards the chassis, snapping the slots into position.
Position the system as shown.
Left side cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Slide the bottom edge of the left side cover into the chassis.
Push the left side cover into place.
Tighten the captive screw that secures the left side cover latch to the chassis.
