Yes the 2017 XPS 8920 has TPM2 capability in the BIOS. But DELL is not including the 8920 in their WIN 11 upgradeability for some reason. Inspiron 7570, 2 Amber and 4 white blinking LED

Inspiron 5570, no bootable devices found

Bought a refurbished Inspiron 5570 last month. It's been working fine until now. Today when I tried to start, it would run diagnostics and say no problem detected. After diagnostics, it says "No bootable devices found". The only option in the screen is Shutdown. In BIOS, it does detect primary HDD.
