The screen on my June 2018 out of warranty Inspiron 7570 displayed a band of static. It would not restart after closing down. The front LED now flashes a pattern of 2 amber and 4 white repeating. Thanks for any help forthcoming. 

I have new Inspiron 16 7610 for a month and  it has touchpad problem randomly. Touchpad has random taps and swipes, inaccurate finger tracking. I will contact with Dell but wondering is there anyone has that problem or any simple solution for it?    

Bought a refurbished Inspiron 5570 last month. It's been working fine until now. Today when I tried to start, it would run diagnostics and say no problem detected.
