Scott Valla is a Blog Operations Specialist, part of the Strategic Social Operations in Dell Technologies Corporate Communications. Scott has been with Dell in a variety of customer-facing and front-line support roles dating back to 1999. Scott was one of the original DellCares Twitter support specialists, ushering in a new era of Dell Customer support resolution in 2010. Scott then joined Corporate Communications in 2018 to support Dell’s corporate social media accounts with his diverse customer interaction and support background.
Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications at Austin College in Sherman, TX (not actually in Austin). Away from work, you can find Scott sampling various coffees, tacos and BBQ in Central and South Texas, making commentary on both good and bad movies and keeping current on NBA basketball.
