EMI Terms & Conditions

EMI means Equated Monthly Installments.

Yes, all products can be purchased in EMI’s of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months. Note that different banks provide different interest rate and duration coverage for EMI.

With Dell’s credit card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy installments of 3, 6, 9,12,18 or 24 months with credit cards from the following banks:

Note - A convenience fee of Rs.99/- + GST applicable on EMI transactions on HDFC Bank credit cards.

Dell will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies. Such charges shall be paid and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.

An EMI transaction usually takes 7-10 days to reflect in your statement. If your bank statement is generated during this period, we urge you to co-ordinate with your bank and inform about the transaction to resolve any conversion issues. If your bank denies or does not approve of EMI, this transaction will be considered a non EMI transaction. The discretion to give EMI is purely at the discretion of the bank and not with Dell.

CITI Bank credit card holders, For Online transaction : EMI processing may take upto 8 working days. In case the total amount due has not been paid in full, finance charges as applicable (currently 3.75% per month i.e. 45% annualized) on card balances may apply until the EMI is converted & posted to the card. While choosing the payment method, choose the option of EMIs and proceed with the transaction.

Once you choose EMI as the payment option, the EMI amount will be calculated and displayed automatically on the payment gateway screen.

An EMI gives you the freedom to purchase a product and make equal monthly payments. You can buy now and make the payment in the next 3/6/9/12/18/24 months, by paying a nominal annual rate of interest to bank. Basically the EMI option allows you to buy your favorite products by paying monthly installments.

The Annual Rate of Interest depends on your bank and the chosen EMI plan. The interest rates are displayed at the time of purchase.
