Is there a processing fee to avail the EMI?

Dell will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies. Such charges shall be paid and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.

How long does it take for transaction to convert into EMI?

An EMI transaction usually takes 7-10 days to reflect in your statement. If your bank statement is generated during this period, we urge you to co-ordinate with your bank and inform about the transaction to resolve any conversion issues. If your bank denies or does not approve of EMI, this transaction will be considered a non EMI transaction. The discretion to give EMI is purely at the discretion of the bank and not with Dell.CITI Bank credit card holders, For Online transaction : EMI processing may take upto 8 working days. In case the total amount due has not been paid in full, finance charges as applicable (currently 3.75% per month i.e. 45% annualized) on card balances may apply until the EMI is converted & posted to the card.
