1. High quality and great value

Dell Outlet provides systems to the highest quality standard at great prices. We offer the same limited hardware warranty and service on all of our refurbished computers as all new Dell products. We do this because we’re confident in the quality of our refurbished systems.
There are two types of products for you to choose from:

New & Unused

New unused products are factory sealed products that were either cancelled or unopened returns. New unused products do not have any cosmetic damage.

Certified Refurbished

Certified refurbished products are previously opened/used products. These products are submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process to achieve the highest quality and performance standards. Products may have some observable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance.

Scratch & Dent

Scratch & dent products are certified refurbished products with blemishes that do not affect performance. Scratch & dent PC’s do not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the Keyboard, or damage on the touch pad or palm rest.

2. Our Promotions

Not only do we offer great discounts compared to new systems, but we also run promotions for limited times to give you further discounts on our already great prices.

3. Warranties

All Dell Outlet systems are sold with the same standard limited warranties as we offer on our new systems.

4. No additional charge for delivery

Our published prices are inclusive of delivery charges. This means that the prices that you see are for products delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery notices to be aware of:

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days from Order Credit Clearance.
Your order will not ship until your purchase has been credit-cleared.
For security reasons your delivery address cannot be changed once your order is submitted.

Dell Outlet is committed to maximizing the reuse or recycling of all returned Dell products. We refurbish and sell a large percentage of all returned Dell systems. The remaining of returned Dell product is resold for parts or recyclable materials (metal, glass and plastic).
