Dell Employee Purchase Program

1. The Program will be applicable to the eligible selected models under the Dell Employee Purchase Program (Program) as stated above at “Dell Employee Purchase Program – Eligible Laptops, Desktops & Monitors”.

2. This Program is open to employees currently employed by Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd. (Dell Employee). A proof of email address or Dell ID badge number will be needed for verification purposes to be eligible for this Program.

3. Each Dell Employee is eligible for up to 3 products/items per one (1) calendar year for personal use or their family members and friends’ use only. Dell Employee is not permitted to resell all purchases to any third party. All purchases and services will be made under Dell Employee’s name.

4. This Program is valid till 31 December 2024.

5. All purchases are subject to Dell’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. To redeem the voucher, Dell Employee needs to visit www.dell.com.my and insert the Voucher code at the "Cart" Page.

7. All purchases cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts, to the extent permitted by law.

8. All orders are subject to Dell’s approval, and it is only considered accepted by Dell after the Dell Employee received a written order confirmation. Dell reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed under wrongful conditions. 

9. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time.

10. This voucher will not be applicable for all clearance products on Dell.com.

11. This Program is not available in conjunction with other offers, instant cash redemptions, privileges or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.

12. Dell reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

13. All decisions made by Dell in respect of this Program or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.

14. This Program is limited to within Malaysia.

15. Mistakes: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

16. All purchases under this Program are subject to verification of a valid eligibility and proof via call or chat by Dell. False representations of eligibility void the offer and Dell reserves the right to cancel or collect the full price of any such order placed.
