Cancellation policy: To cancel your registration, send a request to the Dell Technologies World program office and include your name, company name and confirmation number. Refund will be based on the registration deadlines. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds may be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. Attendees paying via sales order number are not eligible for a refund. 

Dell Technologies reserves the right and discretion to verify your relationship with Dell Technologies and to determine if your attendance is appropriate. ​  

Employee registration: Employees wishing to attend Dell Technologies World should contact their manager to obtain approval to register. Employee registration will begin in spring 2025. Cancellations, refunds and substitutions are not permitted for employee registration. 

Gift terms and conditions:  Dell reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. This offer is void where prohibited. In order to be eligible to receive this gift, participants must register online before February 28, 2025, 11:59 PM PT and your conference registration package fee must be paid in full before March 14, 2025, 11:59 PM PT. Gifts will not be honored if the conference pass is canceled. One gift per registrant. No exchanges will be permitted. This offer has no cash value. Registrants who use discounted priority registration codes, receive their passes as part of a sponsorship package, or who are Dell or affiliated companies are not eligible. Government Officials and employees or representatives of governmental entities, institutions or entities owned or funded by governmental entities are not eligible to receive the gift. All other registrants agree by acceptance of the gift that such acceptance is consistent with their employer’s ethics/gift policies. Dell reserves the right to substitute a gift in whole or in part with another gift of comparable or greater value if the intended gift is not available for any reason as determined by Dell. By accepting the gift, registrant agrees that the gift does not in any way influence any decision in doing business with Dell or its affiliates, and that the gift was not given in connection with or related to any sale or commercial transaction.
