  • Individuals aged 60 or older are eligible for the senior discount.

  1. Click here to sign in or create an account.
  2. Register for Dell Rewards by clicking the Dell Rewards box when you are creating your My Account at the bottom of the page.
  3. After creating your account, in the upper right hand side of the screen, click on your name and then click on the membership tab on the my account page and select Verify Senior Status to begin verification.
  4. Once verified, your member discount will automatically be applied to eligible products at check out in your cart.

  • No, login to your existing account here and complete the senior verification on the membership tab to receive your discount.

  • Start by creating or logging in to your Dell My Account here. Click the Verify status button on Senior on the membership tab. SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your current eligibility. We may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility.
  • To ensure a quick and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).

  • In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous. Occasionally verification requires a document review, which takes ~20 minutes.

  • The senior discount will be applied to eligible products in your Dell.com cart at checkout.

  • The senior discount is valid with select offers, but not with other coupons. Limited quantity deals, order codes, clearance offers, warranties, gift cards and other select PCs, electronics and accessories are also excluded from the discount.  

  • The senior discount is valid for 2 products per transaction up to 2 transactions per year.
