The following article gives the solution to get the Windows 10 (1903) update to install while using AMD RAID drivers:
While installing the Windows 10 1903 update, you can get an error saying there is a missing AMD drive controller. Windows stops the update and not install until the drive controller is changed.
This behavior is only seen on Toshiba drives (one example: Toshiba part# 3NMD4) but can be seen on other Toshiba drive models. The drive uses an AMD controller and Windows 1903 must have a specific driver to be compatible.
Updating the Toshiba drive controller driver to version 1.2.126.843 or later resolves the issue.
