To remove the solid-state drive twenty-two thirty half, loosen the eight screws on the base cover Pry the cover off the system to remove it. Find and unplug the battery cable. Identify the solid-state drive and loosen the two captive screws. Remove the latch and unscrew the screw. Lift the drive out of the system and flip it over. Remove the screw to fully disconnect the drive.

To reinstall the solid-state drive twenty-two thirty half, tighten the screw. Flip the drive over and place it back in the system. Tighten the screw and re-latch the drive. Install the two captive screws to secure the drive. Plug in the battery cable.
