NOTE: Dell accessories and devices such as keyboard, mouse, headset, external hard drive, do not have a Service Tag or Express Service Code. On Dell tablets, the Service Tag or Express Service Code label is located on the bottom panel of the tablet. On some devices, the label is located on the bottom-right of the tablet back cover or the back cover.
On compatible Windows-based tablets, use the SupportAssist app to automatically scan your Dell tablet and identify the Service Tag.
The Service Tag is available in the BIOS of a Dell tablet. The System Setup BIOS is accessible with keyboard or without keyboard.
