In this video, we will show how to download drivers from the Dell support site. For this example, we will download PERC storage drivers for a Dell’s PowerEdge R730 running Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2.
First go to Dell.com/support. Click scroll down, if needed, and click View products. From there, click Server, Storage, and Networking. Then click PowerEdge, and select the appropriate system.
This will bring up system specific support items. Next, click Drivers and downloads. If needed use the Change OS drop-down menu. Select the correct OS.
Now, expand SAS RAID, And find the correct driver for your system based on your configuration. To view the different update packages available for a specific driver, click View Details. Finally once you find the driver you need, click download file.
