How to renew expired vCenter certificates in IDPA

This video will demonstrate on a renew expired vCenter Certificates in IDPA.

Welcome to Dell Technologies Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA). How to use the Utility to renew expired vCenter certificates and vCenter certificates set to expire within the next two years.

Reference Dell Knowledge Article 181665. Please note that the vCenter Certificate Refresh Utility supports IDPA versions 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6. For earlier versions of IDPA please check the Resolution section in Dell Knowledge Base Article 181665.

The utility can be downloaded from the Attachment section of Knowledge Base Article 181665. Before running the utility, please ensure that you thoroughly review the PDF document vc-certificate-refresher-help also available in the Attachment section. Please note, we have connected to the ACM VM using an SSH connection with root credentials.

The utility has been copied to the tmp folder on the ACM VM. Important notes: The normal run time of the script takes approximately 30 minutes. This time can vary based on the environment. Please reference the following for more information.
