Dell PowerEdge C6100 BIOS
DOS package install instructions:
NOTE: You must provide a DOS bootable media, such as a USB key. This executable file does not create the DOS system files.

1. Browse to the location where you exact the PEC6100BIOS017100.exe.
2. Update the name of the file to DOS recognizable format (8.3). If you do not update the filename to 8.3 format, the filename will be truncated to 8.3 format.
3. Copy the file to the bootable device.
4. Boot the system to DOS by using the bootable device.
5. Run the FBIOS.BAT under DOS.
6. Waiting the update process completion automatically.

Windows package install instructions:
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded BIOS_4FHJT_WN32_1.71.EXE or BIOS_4FHJT_WN64_1.71.EXE files and then double-click to launch update.
2. Click Install icon to continue.
3. Waiting the update process completion automatically.

Linux package install instructions:
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded BIOS_4FHJT_LN_1.71.BIN file and run the file in command line.
2. Waiting the BIOS image loading finish and system backs to command line.
3. Run the reboot=k to proceed the BIOS update.
4. Waiting the update process completion automatically.
