- If you have a 10 digit password, change it to 9 or less before firmware upgrade.
- If you have a 10 digit password and upgrade the firmware before the password is changed, you will have to do the following to recover:
-Restore password defaults using OCP (Configure > Save/Restore > Restore Passwords).
-The user has to login with the default password, "secure".
-Reset the password to the oiginal 10 character password.
