Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:
- Fans speeds have been increased on certain systems to increase hard-drive reliability and longevity. As a result, increased fan noise is expected
- There was a mismatch between the IPMI application and the KCS kernel driver with respect to the KCS buffer size. This mismatch allowed a very long raw KCS command (using ipmitool raw command in UEFI for example) to be passed from the iDRAC's KCS kernel driver to the IPMI application, and cause a application buffer overflow. The fix was to limit the KCS data size to 200 bytes in the kernel driver. Anything over that will be rejected at the kernel level, preventing the IPMI application buffer overflow.
Enhancements:
- NA
