Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:
Change to LTO8 Verbiage as per customer escalation to not try to down-rev the drive firmware due to the following scenario.

If you receive a replacement LTO8 drive, with newer firmware, do not try to down-rev the firmware, the following conditions prohibit this:
- Eldora chips require a minimum Level (LTO8 FH/HH = JAYE/F)
- M8 Media requires a minimum level: "In any tape product with M8 cartridges, the minimum LTO8 tape drive firmware version is HB82"
