Symptoms
Issue Description
RFCache warning that the source configuration is not consistent.
Scenario
An alert in the ScaleIO GUI warning the user that RFCache source configuration is not consistent due to a SDS device being in an errored state.

Impact
There is no impact to the overall cluster.
Cause
Root Cause
RFCache receives a list of SDS devices to cache for. In this case, one of the configured SDS devices was unable to serve IO and therefore RFCache was unable to read from it. RFCache reported this as an inconsistent configuration.
Resolution
Workaround
Remove the data disk from the storage pool that is in an errored state and clear the RFCache error.
