Symptoms
SnakeLoobpack passed incorrect port range to module warning when SnakeLoopback could not identify faulty device.
Module failed to pass diagnostics.

Module 8 has 48 interfaces, however the module warning is for up to 64 interfaces.

When diagnostics cannot identify the faulty device it will report it as "device DEV_UNDEF".
Resolution
Error is cosmetic and does no impact to FC traffic.
Permanent fix:
Upgrade to NX-OS 8.1(1) and above.
