Alienware Command Center 6.5에서 Alienware Pro 무선 게이밍 마우스 펌웨어 업데이트가 실패합니다. 

이 문제는 다음과 같은 경우에 발생합니다.

  1. AWCC(Alienware Command Center) 6.5가 설치 및 실행됩니다.
  2. Alienware Pro 무선 게이밍 마우스는 동글과 유선 연결을 통해 연결됩니다.
  3. Alienware Pro 무선 게이밍 마우스의 펌웨어 버전은 포함된 2.4Ghz 동글 펌웨어 버전과 다릅니다. 예를 들어 마우스는 버전 3.5이고 동글은 버전 2.7입니다.
  4. AlienFX 페이지로 이동하여 Alienware Pro 무선 게이밍 마우스의 단일 디바이스 보기를 선택합니다.
  5. Settings 탭으로 이동하여 Update 탭을 클릭합니다.
  6. 업데이트 버튼을 클릭하면 문제가 발생합니다.
