Resolution

Dette problem er knyttet til BIOS-versionen og den måde, hvorpå diske gøres synlige for operativsystemet. På visse platforme, såsom E7440, er dette allerede blevet løst ved hjælp af en BIOS-opdatering (A14).

På andre platforme, hvor der ikke findes en BIOS-rettelse (f.eks. R7910), kræves der en opgradering af Intel-controllerdriveren for at løse problemet. Opgrader Intel C610 Series Chipset RSTe Driver på begge AHCI SATA-controllere (sSATA, SATA)
