Symptoms

문제 해결 작업 중에 로그인 실패가 반복되면 Mystic VxRail 계정이 잠깁니다.
 

Cause

로그인 실패가 반복되면 미스틱 계정이 잠깁니다.
다음 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Error message:
Account locked due to 5 failed logins
Access denied
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.
Password:


오류 메시지

Resolution

미스틱 계정은 루트를 사용하여 재설정해야 합니다. 그러나 SSH 및 VBM 콘솔을 통한 루트 로그인은 금지됩니다. 따라서 vSphere Web 또는 Windows 클라이언트를 통한 액세스가 필요할 수 있습니다.

1. 웹 콘솔을 실행합니다.


웹 콘솔 시작
2. 루트 사용자로 로그인합니다.

3. 다음 명령을 실행하여 실패한 로그인 시도 횟수를 확인하고 계정을 재설정합니다.

실패한 로그인 시도 횟수를 표시하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

# pam_tally2 -u mystic

계정을 재설정하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

# pam_tally2 -u mystic --reset
# pam_tally2 -u mystic

실패가 0:
콘솔 메시지

4로 표시되는지 확인합니다. 계정이 잠금 해제된 후 Mystic 사용자로 로그인해야 합니다.5


로그인: mystic
. mystic 암호를 알 수 없는 경우 다음 명령을 사용하여 새 암호를 설정할 수 있습니다.
