Symptoms
1.客戶已升級至 3.1.12.10186894 或更新版本，以使用集中式 SRS 設定，因為整合式 SRS 已無法運作。
2.客戶可能已將 VNXe 新增至具有不同 IP 位址的安全遠端服務閘道伺服器。
3.VNXe 無法透過 REST 應用程式發展介面的埠 9443 與 Secure Remote Services Gateway Server 進行通訊。

Cause
使用 Secure Remote Services 時。Dell 產品的 ConnectHome 會傳送至客戶的安全遠端服務解決方案。然後透過 Secure Remote Services 通道與 Dell 進行安全通訊。若未使用 Secure Remote Services，通常會使用客戶電子郵件伺服器將產品連線至 Dell。
ConnectHome - 來自 Dell 的軟體通常會載入到 Dell 產品上，以啟動和處理 Connect-homes。ConnectHome 用於加密傳送至 Dell 的檔案。
確認正確的 Secure Remote Services Gateway IP 位址已更新至 SMTP 選項下的 ConnectHome ID，可使用以下命令加以檢查：

uemcli /event/alert/conf show3.驗證/修正 ConnectHome IP 至目前新增 VNXe 的 Secure Remote Services GW IP。

命令下，從 S360 或 Lightning 確認相同內容：
/EMC/c4_logging/tools/logEvent -s 0x014 -m 0x90001 -c UIS_User -t Audit -k CEM-CatalogService -l 5執行上述命令後，請檢查 EMCSystemLog 檔案中是否已從 VNXe 成功傳送 Test-Home，且該命令應記錄如下訊息：
"NOTICE" "14:90001" :: "This is a test message to be sent via ConnectHome." :: Category=Audit Component=UIS_User
