Symptoms

提醒：此问题仅在 XMS 升级到 6.4 代码后才会出现，并且仅影响用户创建的帐户的 SSH。
Cause
XMS 升级到 6.4 后，XMS 用户无法使用用户创建的帐户SSH 连接到群集。
Resolution
在升级后使用 XtremIO 打开票证，并指定哪些用户帐户受到影响。
提醒：如果受影响的用户帐户是由非默认用户创建的（换句话说，是用户创建的帐户创建了受影响的用户帐户），则可能会要求您删除受影响的用户帐户，并使用 XMS 附带的默认管理员帐户重新创建它。支持工程师指定是否需要此方法。
