You may be unable to select multiple languages in the out-of-box setup on select Dell computers running the Ubuntu operating system.

Solution

To help resolve this issue:

  1. Click the launch bar on the top-left corner
  2. Type dell-recovery in the search bar and double-click Dell Recovery icon

  3. Click Restore System
    Restore system
  4. Once the restore process is complete, click Restart

  5. After the computer restarts, you can now select multiple languages.
