Dépannage de Dell AR Assistant

Si Dell AR Assistant ne reconnaît pas votre produit Dell pris en charge, assurez-vous que vous êtes suffisamment proche pour que l’application puisse Verrouiller à l’appareil.

Autres moyens de verrouillage possibles :

  • Tenez le smartphone à un angle de 45 degrés par rapport à l’ordinateur, et non directement au-dessus de celui-ci, et essayez de l’insérer dans le contour blanc.
  • Appuyez sur le bouton AR Assistant à gauche de l’écran pour le réinitialiser.
  • Essayez différents angles autour de l'ordinateur (en bas, en haut, légèrement à gauche/droite).
  • Modifiez l'éclairage autour de l'ordinateur. Il est recommandé d’utiliser un éclairage naturel.
  • Modifiez l'arrière-plan en déplaçant l'ordinateur vers un autre espace de travail.
  • Essayez de maintenir le téléphone en position pendant 2 à 3 secondes. Vous pouvez détecter un retard au moment de la connexion de l’appareil photo à l’application.

Si vous avez besoin d’une vue plus rapprochée, rapprochez la caméra de l’appareil. Si vous perdez le verrou AR, reculez pour le récupérer et rapprochez-vous lentement.
