고객이 비정상 종료 후 LED 코드가 표시되지 않고 컴퓨터가 POST를 완료할 수 없다고 보고할 수 있습니다. 이 문제는 BIOS v1.34.2 및 1.35.0에서 발생할 수 있습니다.
Cause
비정상 종료 후 잘못된 메모리 재생률로 인해 Hynix 메모리 초기화에 실패했습니다.
Resolution
해결 방법:
- BIOS를 v1.36.0 이상으로 업데이트합니다.
- 고객이 BIOS를 업데이트할 수 없는 경우 RTC 재설정을 수행하여 문제를 복구하도록 합니다(자세한 내용은 실시간 클럭을 재설정하여 Dell 노트북을 복구하는 방법 참조).
