Symptoms

Cause

当视频输入插入戴尔大框架显示器时，只能将一个视频输入连接到计算机，以使触控功能正常工作。如果从一台计算机插入两个视频输入，触控功能将不起作用。对于多台计算机，必须通过一根 HDMI 或 DisplayPort （DP） 线缆和一根 USB 上行线缆将每台计算机连接到显示器。
