RecoverPoint for VMs: Upgrade to 6.0.1.2 Fails with Error "ISO name is not valid"
Summary: RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines upgrade to 6.0.1.2 fails with error "ISO name is not valid."
Symptoms
Upgrade to 6.0.1.2 through Web Deployer fails with Error "ISO name is not valid" while selecting the correct ISO:
Cause
The RecoverPoint appliances check the Change Control(CCA) and catalog xml files for 6.0.1.2 ISO file name, and it is not updated on recent xml files.
So the deployer complains that the 6.0.1.2 ISO file name is not valid on the current CCA and catalog files.
Resolution

The below tweak must be updated with the recent xml files on the support site that has 6.0.1.2 ISO updated inside.
