Symptoms

Lifecycle Controller는 CTL138 및 CTL139 오류를 주기적으로 기록할 수 있습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 일반적으로 외장형 스토리지가 Dell HBA355e 어댑터에 연결되어 있을 때 발생합니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. SSH를 통해 iDRAC에 연결합니다.
  2. 명령 실행 racadm set system.storage.LimitExternalHBATopology Enabled 
  3. 서버의 전원을 껐다가 켭니다.

 

Dell 엔지니어링 팀은 이 문제를 알고 있으며 향후 iDRAC 펌웨어 버전에서 영구 수정 사항을 사용할 수 있습니다.
