Symptoms
NetWorker VMware Protection 整合是透過 vProxy 裝置進行設定。vProxy 備份無法開啟 Data Domain 上的目標目錄。傳統的 NetWorker 用戶端原則可正確備份到目標 Data Domain 集區。備份記錄顯示：

Cause
目標備份裝置位於遠端儲存節點上，該節點執行的是比 NetWorker 伺服器更舊的 NetWorker 主要版本。NetWorker 伺服器和 NetWorker 儲存節點在環境中應執行相同版本。
Resolution
NetWorker 儲存節點應升級為符合 NetWorker 伺服器的版本。
