Symptoms



Todennusvarmennus todennuspalveluun menetettiin.
Seuraava virhe ilmenee, kun yrität käyttää nsrwatch-, nsradmin- ja mminfo-työkalua ja muita NetWorker-työkaluja:  Security token has expired 
NetWorker commands were failing with Security token has expired.
 
nsrlogin -u <username> -p <password> was failing with 117849:nsrlogin: Authentication library error: Unauthorized access: The username or password is incorrect

daemon.raw-tiedoston luonnin yhteydessä ilmenee virheilmoitus security token has expired. Se havaittiin ensimmäisen kerran klo 20.55 ja ilmoitus näytti tältä:

nsr_render_log -z -S "08/22/2016 08:30:32 PM" /nsr/logs/daemon.raw | more

Cause

Todennusvarmennus todennuspalvelimeen menetettiin

Resolution

Suorita nsrauthtrust NetWorker -palvelimesta todennuspalvelimeen
 
nsrauthtrust -H <authentication server> -P 9090

Suorita nsrlogin-komento:
 
nsrlogin -u <username> -p <password>

Nyt todennus onnistuu
