Symptoms
Symptom: Unable to automatically protect a VM, manually protecting works. Deploying OVF template fails in vCenter.
Task fails on creating OVF template, protecting VM stuck at 60%
Connector log shows:

Cause
Under edit settings on the production machine check the disk configuration. Make sure the "shares" setting is set to "normal" and not custom.
Resolution
Changing shares to "normal" will resolve this setting
