Symptoms
現象：VMを自動的に保護することができません。手動による保護は機能します。VCenterでOVFテンプレートの導入に失敗します。
OVFテンプレートの作成時にタスクが失敗し、仮想マシンの保護が60%で停止します。
コネクター ログに次のように表示されます。
2020-01-28 19:53:54,560 [pool-5-thread-3] (CreateNewVMAction.java:431) ERROR - Failed creating new vm: *D2WN2767.copy, error msg: A specified parameter was not correct: spec.sharesInfo.shares (com.vmware.vim25.InvalidArgument)

Cause
本番マシンの［Edit Settings］で、ディスク構成を確認します。［Shares］設定が［Normal］に設定されていて、［Custom］ではないことを確認します。
Resolution
［Shares］を［Normal］に変更すると、この問題は解決されます。
