Symptoms

Dell WD Series 도크의 이더넷 포트를 사용하여 컴퓨터의 인터넷에 액세스할 때 간헐적으로 연결 해제될 수 있습니다. 알 수 없는 USB 디바이스를 사용하는 디바이스 관리자에도 노란색 느낌표가 나타날 수 있습니다.

Cause

Realtek USB GbE 제품군 컨트롤러 속성에서 흐름 제어가 비활성화되어 문제가 발생합니다. 기본 설정은 Enable입니다.

Resolution

Flow Control을 활성화하여 과부하 상태에서 오버플로를 방지합니다.

  1. 바탕 화면에서 내 PC 를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 관리를 선택합니다.
  2. 장치 관리자를 선택합니다.
  3. 장치 관리자에서 다음 위치로 이동합니다. 
    Network adapters\Realtek USB GbE Family Controller Properties\Advanced\Flow Control
  4. 흐름 제어를 활성화합니다.
  5. 컴퓨터를 재시작합니다.
