Symptoms

Dell의 WD19, WD19S, WD19TB, WD19TBS, WD19DCS 또는 WD19DC 도킹 스테이션 중 하나의 후면에 있는 Type-C 포트를 통해 연결된 DA200 USB 어댑터 동글의 HDMI 포트에서 비디오 출력이 나오는 경우 외부 모니터에서 깜박임이 보고되었습니다.

Cause

Type-C USB 도킹 스테이션의 WD19/WD19S 시리즈는 이러한 유형의 연결을 지원하지 않습니다.

Resolution

WD19/WD19S 도크가 정상적으로 작동합니다.

외부 모니터에 HDMI를 사용하려면 HDMI 케이블을 모니터에서 도크 뒷면에 직접 연결합니다.
