Symptoms

IDPA 배포 중에 Configuration 화면에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

"ACM hostname does not match with the DNS entry for ACM IP address {0}. Refresh the page after correcting ACM hostname."

IDPA 구축 마법사에 오류가 있음  

Cause

ACM은 Eth1 인터페이스에 대해 Public 대신 Private IP로 나열됩니다. 

Resolution

ACM의 eth1을 공용 IP로 변경하고 eth2를 ACM의 전용 IP로 변경합니다.

ACM에서 WebApp 서비스를 재시작합니다. 

  1. putty를 루트로 사용하여 ACM에 연결
  2. WebApp 서비스 재시작: 
service dataprotection_webapp restart
  1. ACM에 다시 로그인하기 전에 15분 정도 기다리면 오류가 더 이상 존재하지 않음을 확인할 수 있습니다.
