Symptoms



为 VMware 虚拟机执行映像级备份时，您可能会看到备份失败，并注意到以下情况：

1.在 Avamar 备份日志中，您可能会看到以下错误：
avvcbimage Info <0000>：虚拟机“[<Datastore_Name] VM_Name/VM_Name.vmx”任务的快照“Avamar-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”创建仍在进行中，睡眠 3 秒
avvcbimage 错误 <16279>：vSphere 任务失败（快照错误=45>）：'错。GenericVmConfigFault.summary'。
avvcbimage 错误 <14635>：虚拟机“[<Datastore_Name>] VM_Name/VM_Name.vmx”任务创建的快照“Avamar-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”创建遇到问题。

2.在虚拟机的 vCenter 任务中，您可能会看到以下错误：
An error occurred while taking a snapshot：msg.snapshot.error-QUIESCINGERROR

3.当您在 Avamar 中使用 --quiesce_fs=false 标记对虚拟机进行非停顿备份时，同样会出现同样的问题。

4.在 vCenter 中手动创建备份时，创建将失败。

5.您无法存储 vMotion 有问题的虚拟机。

6.在虚拟机的vmware.log中，您可能会看到有关存储空间的错误：

VCPU-0|I120：DISKLIB-VMFS：“/vmfs/volumes/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/VM_Name/VM_Name-flat.vmdk”：已关闭。
|VCPU-0|W110：File_GetFreeSpace：Cannot statfs /vmfs/volumes/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/VM_Name
|VCPU-0|I120：快照：SnapshotCheckSpaceAndSnapshotNum：获取存储磁盘上的可用空间时出错

7.数据存储区上有充足的空间，可以在存储端和 vCenter 中进行验证。

Cause

当 vCenter/ESXi 主机在获取特定数据存储区的正确信息时，可能会发生此问题。

Resolution
