Symptoms

CR(CyberRecovery) UI에서 NetWorker 복구가 실행된 후 디바이스를 풀에 할당할 수 없음 오류로 인해 작업이 실패합니다. NetWorker 오류는 'pool_name' 풀에서 제거하기 전에 디바이스 '<device_name>'를 마운트 해제하십시오.입니다.

Cause

nsrdr을 실행한 후 복원된 볼륨 중 일부가 마운트 해제되지 않습니다. CR이 풀 이름을 변경하려고 하면 풀이 사용 중입니다.

Resolution

이 수정 사항은 CR 19.8.0.2 이상 버전에 포함되어 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 CR을 업그레이드하십시오.
