Symptoms
When trigger 2 VxRail clusters upgrade from SDDC manager UI in parallel, one cluster upgrade can register VxRail plugin successfully, while the other fails with error:

Cause
If multiple clusters are upgrading the VxRail plugin in vCenter simultaneously, it causes a conflict because they are using the same
extension.key (com.vmware.vxrail).Resolution
Retry the upgrade from the SDDC Manager UI for the failed cluster.
