Symptoms

  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 서버는 RHEL 기반 Linux 운영 체제에 설치됩니다.
  • NMC 구성 스크립트(/opt/lgtonmc/bin/nmc_config)를 실행할 때 인증 포트 9090의 인증 서버에 연결되지 않습니다.
[root@networker_server_hostname /]# /opt/lgtonmc/bin/nmc_config
The embedded web server inside the NMC server must run as a non-root user.
Dell recommends that you specify a user that has limited privileges and file access permissions. Default user name used is 'nsrnmc'.
Do you want to create new(cn) certificate or use existing(ue) certificate [cn]?
Create new certificate for https configuration.
Specify the directory to use for the LGTOnmc database[/nsr/nmc/nmcdb]:
Do you want to migrate the NMC server data from a previous LGTOnmc 8.x.x release [n]?
Specify the host name of the Networker Authentication Service host [Networker_server_hostname]:
WARNING: Unable to contact authentication server on host Networker_Server_hostname and port 9090
Do you want to specify a different authentication server host or port [y]?

Cause

서버에서 프록시가 활성화되었습니다.
 
  1. 아래 오류는 /opt/lgtonmc/logs/install.log에서 발생합니다.
129356:gstauthcfg: Unable to get supported versions from authentication server: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
Server Message : Make sure that server is running
  1. 다음 명령을 실행하면 프록시가 활성 상태인 것으로 표시됩니다.
[root@Networker_server_hostname /]# env |grep -i proxy
http_proxy=http://:8080
https_proxy=http://:8080

Resolution

참고: 아래 절차는 Linux 시스템 관리자가 수행해야 합니다.
  1. 시스템에 구성된 프록시를 기록합니다.
[root@Networker_server_hostname /]# env | grep -i proxy
http_proxy=http://:8080
https_proxy=http://:8080
  1. 프록시 항목이 /etc/profile 에 지정된 경우 주석을 출력하고 로그오프합니다.
  2. NetWorker 서버에 다시 로그인하고 nMC 구성 스크립트를 다시 실행합니다. sudo /opt/lgtonmc/bin/nmc_config
