Symptoms

mminfo 명령이 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. 
136611:mminfo: Failed to open the lock file: Permission denied
144502:nsrd: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.
167325:mminfo: Unable to connect to media database server on host <NW-Server-Name>: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.

nsrcapinfo, nsradmin, nsrlogin, nsrauthtrust 등도 영향을 받습니다.

Cause

.administrator.lck 파일에 NetWorker Server 호스트에 대한 충분한 권한이 없습니다.

Resolution

/nsr/tmp/sec/tokens

에 있는 nsrlogin 잠금 파일에 대한 사용 권한 변경Windows:

  1. /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens로 이동합니다.
  2. ".nsrlogin.localadmin.lck" 파일을 찾습니다(이 파일은 숨겨진 파일입니다. Windows에서는 보기를 클릭한 다음 숨김 표시).
  3. 로컬 관리자가 전체 권한을 갖도록 파일 사용 권한을 수정합니다.

Linux:

  1. cd/nsr/tmp/초/토큰
  2.  "ls -lat"를 입력하면 모든 숨김 파일을 나열하고 권한을 표시할 수 있습니다.
  3. 파일 권한을 읽기, 쓰기 및 실행 권한으로 수정합니다.
