Symptoms

Customer cannot backup some files. Logs show the below error.

The virus scanner discovered an issue while scanning the file. Please try opening the file directly from the browser, or contact your administrator

 

Cause

Microsoft treats the files as infected.

 

Resolution

You must scan the files using Antivirus or delete the files.
