Dopo aver effettuato correttamente l'accesso a Client Manager, vengono riscontrati errori durante il tentativo di eseguire qualsiasi attività:

Anche se l'accesso ha esito positivo, nella password di Avamar Server è presente un carattere speciale non supportato.

Le password di Avamar Server possono contenere solo i seguenti caratteri:
 
  • A-Z
(Lettere maiuscole dalla A alla Z)
 
  • A-Z
(Lettere minuscole dalla A alla Z)
 
  • 0-9
(Numeri da 0 a 9)

Resolution

Utilizzare l'utilità change-passwords per modificare la password root di Avamar in modo che non contenga nient'altro oltre ai caratteri di supporto sopra riportati.
