Cause

The bluescreen issue is caused due to Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver.

Resolution

Update to the latest version of Realtek Audio Driver to resolve the issue.

  1. Go to the Dell Drivers & Downloads website.
  2. Use the Identify your product option using the Service Tag or model name.
  3. In the Keyword field, search for Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver.
  4. Install the latest Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver released in February 2025 or later.
