Symptoms

Der NWUI-Server ist auf einer Linux-Plattform installiert.

NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) wurde aktualisiert und es wurde ein nreconfig.sh-Skript ausgeführt. 
# rpm -Uvh /root/nre-linux-8.0.15.rpm
# /opt/nre/nreconfig.sh
Der Server wurde neu gestartet oder die NWUI wurde neu gestartet.

Wenn die NWUI gestartet wird, schlägt die Anmeldung fehl mit:

Cause

Der NWUI-Server verlässt sich für die Benutzerkontoauthentifizierung auf den NetWorker Authentication Service und den Authentication Service auf JAVA (NRE). Durch die Aktualisierung von NRE werden die Konfigurationsdateien aus /opt/nre/ entfernt und mit neuen Fingerabdrücken neu erstellt. Neue Fingerabdrücke haben Auswirkungen auf die NWUI-Konfiguration, daher muss das skript nwui_configure.sh erneut ausgeführt werden.

Resolution

  1. Beenden Sie die NWUI.
# systemctl stop nwui
  1. Führen Sie das NWUI-Neukonfigurationsskript aus und behalten Sie den aktuellen Keystore und die aktuelle Datenbank bei.
# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh

The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters, with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]? y
Specify password for the existing keystore:
The install will use the existing certificate "emcnwuimonitoring" for nwui services.
A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]? y
The installation completed successfully.
  1. NWUI starten
# systemctl start nwui
  1. Melden Sie sich erneut bei der NWUI an . Sie sollte wie erwartet funktionieren.
