Cause
INIT_RPT_ACT_BYTES_PROT_PI報告 ID的report_history表格中沒有專案。「每日排程」會在運行後新增。
Resolution
在管理主控台 UI （MCGUI） 中，執行活動外掛程式統計資料包告。
