Attempting to delete the SU a second time will result in the following UI error:

500: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5075 errorMessage: the user has insufficient access rights

Cause

作為 SU 刪除的一部分，原始使用者會重新指派給內部建立的使用者「PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION」。這必須略過 DD 垃圾收集，以便 PowerProtect Data Manager 移除原始使用者。在刪除儲存裝置期間，DD API 會逾時並失敗要求。發現 DD 在執行探索工作時很忙碌。由於要求失敗，PowerProtect Data Manager 會嘗試將使用者還原至失敗的原始使用者，讓 SU 使用者保留為「PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION」。還原使用者作業無法如預期運作。

因應措施：
  1. 確認 SU 已指派給內部使用者「PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION」。
  2. 從 CLI 命令執行下列命令，確認狀態不是「D （delete）」，且使用者已指派給 PPDM-GEN-USER-FOR-DELETION。 
"ddboost storage-unit show su_name
如果符合第一個條件，則表示 SU 在初始刪除要求期間通過所有驗證，以進入此階段。驗證封裝括檢查「No remaining copies， associated policies and topLevelPath」是否為空白。因此，可以安全地刪除它。
  1.  從命令列介面 （CLI） 執行下列命令，然後等待下一個探索排程。探索完成後，請在儲存裝置頁面上確認 SU 是否已不再顯示。
