在初次連接支援的 Dell 鍵盤時，在 Dell Display and Peripheral Manager （DDPM） 中開啟裝置設定頁面時，可能不會出現可程式化的按鍵動作。
當支援的鍵盤連接並正確識別時，裝置設定頁面會顯示可程式化按鍵，並允許指派動作。
發生此問題時，如果是首次連接鍵盤，則裝置設定頁面中可能缺少可程式化動作鍵。發生這種情況時，無法設定金鑰。
此行為僅影響初始連接方案。解除安裝 DDPM 再重新安裝後，可能會再次發生相同的行為。在重新安裝作業系統並再次安裝 DDPM 後，也可能發生此情況。
