Instructions
This KB includes some checks that must be done from the support agent on Cloud IQ SRs to ensure that it is configured correctly and sending the data correctly to Dell Technologies:

Ensure that cloud iq is enabled from both CLI and UI
From CLI: Use the command to check the cloud management is enabled or not10:58:34 service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/config show -detail Storage system address: 127.0.0.1 Storage system port: 443 HTTPS connection 1: Support proxy server enabled = no Support proxy server address = Support proxy server port = 0 Support proxy user name = Support proxy protocol = Unknown Automatic support contracts update enabled = no Cloud management enabled = yes From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below :

Ensure that ESRS is configured correctly, and given green connected status is shown

Ensure that Dell Technologies arrays are all in customer Install base IB.

Ensure that customer cloud IQ account is the same as the one support credentials on the Dell Technologies side.
